Regarding Covid-19

I would like to take the opportunity to address the Coronavirus (COVID-19) with respect to your pest and termite control services that we have been providing for almost 20 years in the East Texas area. 

We have, and always will be, a forward-thinking company when it comes to all concerns of both our clientele and fellow employees. This is a core belief that we stand for as a business. We, as a nation, are facing a very unusual health-threat at this time. It is my responsibility to protect the health and well-being of both you, my clients, and my fellow employees.

We are going to implement a short-term (minimum 30 days) change to our protocols of all INTERIOR services starting Monday, March 16, 2020.

What does this mean for you:

Bizzy Bee Pest Solutions will continue to schedule all services as you are accustomed to. We will be performing all services due in a thorough and professional manner from the Exterior of your homes during this time period. This will include all Pest Control Services, Termite Renewals and any other services that can be performed from the exterior of your homes. Our technicians will notify you that we are on your property prior to performing these services and we will leave a service indicator at your front door.

*We will service the interior of your home if there are circumstances that cannot be addressed from the exterior! Please make this clear prior to your service or at point of contact with our customer service department.
